Description

Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees out to the sides with the soles of your feet touching. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground. Hold a moment at the top and ease back down. You can ease up on this movement by keeping your legs slightly crossed on top of each other and crunching less.
