How to do: Hammer Hands
Start standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lift up your right fist in front of your face, palm facing you. Whack your fist two times to the left keeping your elbow in place. As you whack your fist, your body will beat to the same side to exaggerate the movement. Switch to the other side. Hammer it for two beats per side and keep alternating.
