Before this becomes a partner move you both have to learn the same choreography. It's best to face forward first, then when you turn and face eachother you'll find that it automatically works! Step forward with your left leg and swing your right leg around to the front about a foot off of the ground. Reverse that motion and swing your right leg back behind you as you step on it and then bring the left leg back. Keep repeating that motion (step left, swing right, step right back, left back) and then turn to face eachother and give it a whirl. When you swing your right leg forward klick the insides of your feet together.
