Description

Laying on your back with your arms out to the sides at a 45 degree angle place one foot almost on the very top of the Bosu Ball and your other leg straight up forming a straight line from your ankle to your hip. Lock in your core and squeeze your glutes as much as you can and raise your hips of the floor as high as you can in a controlled movement. Hold for 1-3 seconds and return to starting position. This is one rep, repeat with other leg.
