Description

Grab the handle area on the Bosu Ball so that your palms are on the flat area and your fingers on the side edge. Place yourself in a pushup position with your feet close together and your arms extended. Your core must be locked in so that there is a straight line between your ankle and your shoulder. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees while keeping stable and straight and push back up to the starting position. That is one rep, repeat.
