Start in the pushup position with your core locked in and your right hand on the Bosu Ball and your left hand on the ground. Lower your body so your elbows are at a 90 degree angle and then pushup to the starting position. Move your left hand onto the Bosu Ball next to your right hand with your arms extended. Lower your body down until your ebows reach a 45 degree angle and pushup to the starting position. Then move your right hand to the ground in a pushup position. Lower your body until your arms reach 45 degrees and the pushup back up to the starting position. This is one rep. Go back the other direction and complete all theee pushups for the second rep, and repeat.
