Description

With your arms stretched out to the sides to form the top of a T, and your legs straight up in the air. Roll your legs to one side keeping your abs tight and back straight. Hold for 2 seconds, then return to center. Roll legs to the opposite side and back to center to complete one rep. Return to start position when finished reps.
