Description

Plant your hands on the ground just outside of shoulder width. Kick your feet back and lower yourself to the ground so your chest and thighs are touching the ground. Bring your feet back up towards your hands and stand up. Rapidly swing your arms back while dipping your knees to start the jump. Swing your arms forward while jumping up onto the box. Stand up completely on the top of the box. Jump down or step down and repeat
