Description

Sit tall with the soles of your feet together, knees wide, and hands clasping your ankles. While maintaining your seated balance, extend your right and left legs up. Keeping your legs and arms extended, roll back, one vertebrae at a time. With your core tight, roll back up to the seated position, allowing your hands to provide stability along your calves. Bend your knees and return your feet together. Repeat.
