Start in squat position and put your right hand on the ground behind your hips. Put your bodyweight on the hand and try make a horizontal line with your body. You have to feel right elbow or right triceps at your lower back. Left hand is trying to reach the floor on your left side. Open your chest. You can also use your left hand for supporting by touching nearby object like a bed or a chair. After you reach a comfortable position, slowly lift your left leg from the ground. If it is stable, lift your right leg up too. For the best position, try to reach your chest with your legs.
