Description

Start in a push up position with your right hand on the BOSU and your left hand on the floor. lower your chest towards the floor press back up to starting position.Next crossover and reach behind your right hand which is on the BOSU by placing your left hand  on the BOSU.Now take your right hand off the BOSU and place it on the floor Execute another full Push Up before crossing back over to the other side.
