Description

Set pin of one side to bet. 7 and 8. Take hold of arm pull with both hands and get in sideways facing position with arms straight out in front if chest and feet set apart in comfortable stance that has feet under hips with about 18 inches between the feet. Leave outside leg stationary, but pivot inside foot as one rotates 90 degrees to face away from machine and then pivots back as return to sideways position. Use core and arms, not just arms. Do two rounds of 30 lbs 15 repetitions.
