Description

1. Start off by setting up handles on two shoulder level cable pulley machines and stand up straight with your back to it, feet shoulder width apart in between the machines. 2. Grab onto the handles with an overhand grip, keeping your arms straight and extended out to your sides. 3. Make a big step forward and at the same time swing your arms forward and in front of your body, squeezing your chest. 4. Hold this position for a count then return back to the starting position, switch legs, repeat.
