From a Downward Facing Dog, inhale and lift your left leg up and back. Exhale and step your left foot forward. Drop you right knee to the floor. Inhale and reach your arms up overhead. Exhale, bring your palms together at your heart. Twisting to the left, place your right elbow on your left knee.
