Place the massage ball on the floor and stand in front of it. Place one foot over top of the ball, right underneath the arch of the foot. Roll backwards and forward. Place as much bodyweight on the foot as you feel comfortable with. You can also roll the soft tissue massage tool through the metatarsals underneath the base of the foot.
