Description

Lying on back, bring both legs up to 90 degrees, as if sitting in a chair on floor. Slowly lower both legs in a controlled motion to the floor until your heels touch the floor, then return to starting position. Try to control the movement down and up, keeping your core engaged throughout, your back pressed towards the floor. If you feel that your back is coming off the floor, just don’t go all the way down.
