Stand tall with feet together and a medicine ball in hands directly in front of your chest. Take a lateral step to the side and lower into a squat. Stand up from the squat and bring the trailing leg in the same direction, as you press the medicine ball overhead. Repeat the movement in the opposite direction. Remain alternating directions each rep.
