How to do: 5 Way Push-Ups

Start in diamond push-up position with your body straight as a board. Do a push-up in diamond position. Next move your hands out to shoulder width and complete another push-up. Then move your hands out and complete a wide push-up. Then move one hand high and one low and complete a push-up. Finally, switch your high and low hands and complete the fifth push-up. Wow!
