How to do: BOSU Split Squats

Get into a split squat stance with your front foot on the BOSU ball. The heel of your trailing foot should be slightly off the floor. Drop your back knee straight down towards the floor in a slow and controlled manner. Get the knee as close to the floor as you can without touching down and return to starting position. Repeat. Switch sides at the half way point.
