How to do: Left Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Sequence

Stand at the top of your mat. Grab your left big toe with your with your left hand. Extend your left leg forward. Open your leg to the left. Bring your leg back to center. Switch your hands and twist your torso to the left. Open your left arm to your left. Stand tall.
