How to do: Left Scissors
Start in a left lunge. Tuck your left shoulder under your left leg. Have your hands shoulder-width apart on either side of your left leg. Turn your right elbow in. Keep your back leg lifted and begin to scoot your front leg forward. Bring your right ribcage onto the back of your right upper arm. Bring your weight into your hands.
