How to do: Chene Turn
Start standing on your right leg with left leg stretched out to the left side of the room ready to step. Your arms are at shoulder height and out to the sides. Step onto your left leg then sweep your right leg around to the left side of the room creating a twirling momentum. While your turning, the momentum from your arms moving into a round shape in front of your chest will help you get around. Step out to the left with your left foot and repeat on the right side.
