Start facing the right side of the room with right leg extended ready to step. Step onto the right foot. Cross the left foot in front of the right with toes pointed outward. Repeat with the right foot and again with the left, each time crossing your wrists in front of your hips. With the left leg forward plie the legs to prep for a jump. Jump back as you extend the left leg up and arms reaching toward the left leg. Land on the right leg and step back with the left foot.
