Squat down and pick up kettlebell. Raise it over your head. Your head, shoulders, and hip should all be in line. And your left foot should be at a 45 degree angle. Keep your left arm straight, palm facing up, and left hand touching your knee. Head and chest facing upwards. Inhale and bend to the left. Keep your hips to the right. Touching your fingers or palm to the floor. Exhale as you raise back up.
