Description

Stand or sit with arms in boxing position. Keeping hips aligned towards front and turning head with shoulders, tighten abs and punch to right towards the 11 o'clock direction, then reverse and punch left towards the 1 o'clock direction. Maintain hip alignment front and keep abs tight. Repeat 5 times each side. Next, punch right towards the 9 o'clock direction, then reverse and punch left towards the 3 o'clock direction. Repeat 5 times on each side, maintaining forward hip and head and shoulder alignment and keeping abs tight. Finally, punch right and down towards 7 o'clock direction, then reverse and punch left and down towards 5 o'clock direction, maintaining form as described above.
