Description

Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Bring arms up and over head to get your shoulder blades out of the way, then place the foam roller between your shoulder blades. Take a deep breath; then, exhale slowly and extend over the foam roller while supporting your head to prevent any tension in your neck. Do this two or three times. Then, repeat this process two more times moving the foam roller a bit lower on your back each time.
