Description

Start in a tucked position with your right hand on the floor beside you. Extend your right leg in front of you. Sweep the leg around to cover your left foot with your right knee as you lean to the right and place your left hand on the floor beside your right hand. Retrace your steps back to the tuck position and repeat on the opposite side. Alternate between sides.
