Inhale and reach your arms out and up. Interlace your fingers and point the index fingers up. Bend right and left to warm your spine up. Come back to center. Drop your head back. Take your arms back to your ears. Inhale and come back to center. Exhale and fold forward. Bend your knees so you can scoop your hands under your heels from the back. Pull on your heels and stretch.
