How to do: Fixed Firm Pose

Sit on your heels. Separate your knees and sit down between your heels. With your hands on your feet, lower down on your elbows. Bring your head and then shoulders down to the floor. Reach your arms overhead and grab the opposite elbows. Finally arch your back by lifting your chest towards the ceiling.
