How to do: Alternating Cable Shoulder Press
Position the cable machine's anchor at the bottom most position. Bring the handles to your shoulders making sure the cables are behind you. Keep your feet next to the anchor at shoulder's width with soft knees. Brace your core and press one handle at a time overhead as you continue to alternate sides.
