How to do: Barbell Step Ups
Find a platform height suitable for your strength. Place a barbell securely on the back of your shoulders, grab a hold of the bar with your hands and walk the bar over to the platform. Step up onto the platform with your base foot as you bring the floating leg into a bent knee position, balancing on 1 foot. Bring the floating leg back down to the floor with control as the base foot follows. Alternate sides.
