Description

From Wu Ji Stance, breathe in (close eyes) as you raise both hands as if you are holding a ball in front of your chest. Breathe out (open eyes) and separate both hands slightly. While breathing out, say “Shreeee” Feel the vibration from the sound in the kidney area. Hold the breath, bend forward and rub your back in the kidney area. Slide hands along the side of your thighs towards the knees. Breathe in and return to Wu Ji.
