Description

From Wu Ji stance, breathe in (close eyes) and raise both hands as if holding a beach ball in front of the chest. Breathe out (open eyes), saying “Sheeee” sound in a high pitch as you raise your hands above your head, palms facing upwards. Breathe in (close eyes) as you lower your arms back to holding the ball and breath out saying “Sheee” at a lower pitch as you lower your hands to Wu Ji, palms facing down.
