Description

Stand holding the bell by the handle. Step back with one foot, lower your knee to the ground and pass the bell underneath your leading leg, inside to outside, to your other hand. Stand up and drive the bell across your body and catch with the other hand while throwing an elbow . Repeat on opposite side.
