Description

This combo pairs the elbow squeeze wirh the shoulder press in one exercise. Using a set of dumbells. Arms bent at a 90° angle, start with dumbells beside your ears, palms facing foward bring weights together in front of your face, return to starting position, then raise arms straight up, touching the weights together over your head.
