How to do: Dumbbell Deadlift

Grab one or two heavy dumbbells and hold them in front of your thighs. Soften your knees, hinge forward at your hips and keep your back straight as the dumbbells lower toward the floor. Go down as far as you can maintaining a straight back. Rise back up to standing.
