How to do: Bench Dumbbell Fly

Grab a set of dumbbells and lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor. Raise the dumbbells directly above your chest with palms facing each other and arms straight. Lower the dumbbells out to the side as if you were flying. Carefully raise them back up to the starting position.
