How to do: Elevated Chest Dips

Set up on a dip bar and place your hands securely on the handles. Hop up to support your body weight with your arms straight. Keep a slight bend in your knees to keep them from supporting your weight or touching the floor. Bend your elbows and lower your body down as far as you are able. Press your body back up to the starting position.
