Keeping your back straight, bend at the hips. With a slight bend in your knees, grab dumbbells in both hands, palms facing the ground. Your arms should be straight and in line with your shoulders. With a straight back, stand up tall. At the end of the movement your dumbbells will be level with your upper thigh. Keeping your back straight with a slight bend in your knees, lower the dumbbells back towards the floor. Repeat.
