How to do: Dumbbell Wrist Curls

Take a seat on the edge of a chair or bench. Hold dumbbells in both hands with your palms facing up. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees and rest them on your thighs, with your wrists hanging over the ends of your knees. Curl the dumbbells only using your wrists. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat.
