How to do: Left Sundial

Start seated with your right knee bent and left leg straight in front of you. Hug your left knee into your chest. Grab your left calf with your left hand and your left foot with your right hand. Press your left leg back. Hook it behind your shoulder. Plant your left hand. Straighten your left leg. Roll your chest open.
