How to do: 180 Degree Jumping Squat Jacks

Start in a deep squat with your legs a bit wider than your shoulders, toes pointed out. Twist torso to the right, right hand up in air and left hand down to the floor. Jump up, spinning 180 degrees to the left with both hands overhead. Land soflty back to start position, twist torso to the left with the left hand up in the air and right hand down to the floor, and repeat.
