How to do: Crossback Sky Jumper

Stand with feet hip-width apart, with arms in front of you. Bend the knees slightly, raise your right foot and bring it behind the left leg. Jump to the right, landing soflty on the right foot. Cross the leg behind the right. Repeat, jumping back and forth. Use a medicine ball or a dumbell instead.
