Description

Stand with your feet close together, holding the medicine ball at your side. Step back into a lunge, dropping the hips and driving weight down through the front heel. Pass the ball under your front leg. Press the ball aboveyour head as you swing the back leg forward to stand on one leg. Repat lunge, and switch back to other side halfway through your time. Use a dumbbell instead of a medicine ball if you have to.
