How to do: Cleans

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms in front of your hips, holding dumbbells. Squat down with dumbbells hanging in front your ankles. In one motion, come up from the squat otno the balls of your feet and bring the dumbbels upp to your shoulders with elbeows higher and out to the sides. Twist your hands to an underhand grip, drop elbow and squat down. Return to start and repeat.
