How to do: Med Ball Slammer

Start with your medicine ball in your hands above your head, feet shoulder-with apart. Drop the ball and come doen into a squat to catch it afoter one bounce. Drive through the hips to stand, lifting the ball back above yoour head. Come Back to the start positon and repeat.
