Stand with your feet shoulder-with apart and dumbbells by your sides. Step one leg diaagonally backwrds into a crossover reverse lunge, keeping abs tight. Step the leg forwrd, curling dumbbells towards your shoulders. Repeat with other leg, alternating from side to side.
