How to do: High Plank Row Froggers
Start in a push up position with dumbbells in your hands. Perform a row, bringing yoour elbow up past your back and keeping it close to your sides. Repeat with the other arm. Jump your feet up towards your hands, bringing your chest up and knees outside your elbows. Jump your feet back to start position and repeat.
