How to do: Caterpilar Push-Up Swivels
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bring your hands to the floor. Walk your hands out until you reach a push up position. Perform one push up. Bring one knee up and twist to opposite elbow. Repeat swivel on the other side. Walk hands back and return to start positon. Repeat.
