How to do: Get Over It Burpees

Stand beside the step with arms by your sides and feet hip-width apart. Perform one burpee, jumping feet back to push up position then up to standing. Hop up onto the step with both feet. Drop to the other side, landing with feet shoulder-width apart. Perform an other Burpee. Hop back up onto the step with both feet, continue the movement on the other side and repeat.
